The sitters in our community are fully-vetted and trusted, and our booking system makes it easier than ever to find the right sitter for your needs. After-school help? You’ve got it. CPR-certified sitters only? You bet. Special needs experience? Don’t sweat it.

  • Every provider at Sitter Setter goes through a comprehensive interview, background check, and reference check before they can enter our system! What this means is that we only accept the best of the best — which means you can only book the best of the best.

  • At Sitter Setter, you can either book babysitting or nanny services. We define babysitting as any one-off service (think: date nights and play dates) and nannying as any regular service (from after-school help to 9-5 childcare).

  • Whether you have a child with special needs, pets at home, or only want to book CPR-certified providers, no worries — you’ll be able to see what sitters have experience with your needs, and sitters are able to choose what considerations they’re equipped to handle.

  • We require all of our sitters to be at least 18 years of age, provide their own transportation, and have childcare experience to be considered as a provider.
